Zeta seeks a full-time Senior Compliance Analyst to join its dynamic Corporate Team.
Job Description
- Manage the onboarding process of prospective clients
- Main point of contact with prospective and existing clients in respect to the due diligence processes
- Responsible for the initial ongoing monitoring of existing clients
- Responsible for keeping client due diligence documents up-to-date
- Reporting to internal Senior Advisor and the MLRO
- Assisting with the preparation of the BRA and the REQ and in any ad hoc regulatory reporting requirements
Job Requirements
- A-level qualifications
- Have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the corporate sector
- Knowledgeable of the applicable due diligence process
- Be able to manage and deliver the responsibilities assigned to the role with minimal supervision
- Be meticulous, organised and have a good eye for detail
- Ideally, should have an AML/CFT, finance or legal qualification
- Have good IT skills and a good working knowledge of Excel
- Be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
- Fluent in English and Maltese and, preferably one other language
- Ability to work in a dynamic team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Zeta seeks a full-time Junior Corporate Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Team.
Job Description
- Co-ordination of customer onboarding requests
- Supporting clients in various processes including the incorporation and ongoing maintenance of companies as well as handling all ongoing client requests
- Dealing with technical and complex structures or situations
- Ensuring the companies’ policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Responding to client queries relating to requested documents
- Collection of customer due diligence documents, requesting missing information and data and escalating any red flags to management.
- Liaising with the Malta Business Registry and other pertinent Malta Government agencies;
- Ensuring documentation and files are up-to-date, in good order and organised;
- Acting as a liaison with the company group advisors and service providers as required by the client’s needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicating the progress of any pending actions to clients and to any internal and external stakeholders as required;
- Supporting line managers to ensure business continuity, quality of work, and continuous team development.
Job Requirements
- A-level qualifications;
- At least one (1) year of work experience in administrative roles;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel;
- Fluent in English and Maltese and, preferably one other language;
- Ability to work in a dynamic team;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
