Zeta Corporate and Management Services Limited (Zeta) is a licensed Corporate Services Provider based in Malta, offering corporate, company formation and management services. Operations from its head office located in Floriana, Malta.

Zeta is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its dynamic Client Services team. The Client Services Associate will be responsible for handling all clients assigned to him/her and will be the main point of contact between the client and Zeta on all matters relating to the client’s needs and requests.

Job Description
  • Managing the process of registering or creating the company, trust or foundation;
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and overseeing the management of client accounts;
  • Ensuring client documentation and client files are up-to-date, in good order and organised;
  • Acting as an internal-company liaison for all client related matters;
  • Interaction with banks and financial institutions for the opening, maintenance and management of bank accounts;
  • Dealing with all applicable compliance requirements;
  • Attending client meetings and recording meeting minutes as and when required;
  • Liaising with accountants to ensure that accounting and tax records are maintained in terms of law;
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure that timely statutory audits are prepared and submitted to the relevant authorities;
  • Training and constantly updating job knowledge;
  • Supporting line managers to ensure business continuity, quality of work and continuous team development.
Job Requirements
  • A good understanding of the Companies Act, Trusts and Trustees Act and Civil Code, including statutory record-keeping, and the compliance obligations impacting the administration of companies, trusts and foundations;
  • Proven organisational and project management skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Qualifications
  • In possession of a University Degree or a Diploma in a subject relating to business law, the law of business enterprises, banking or financial services;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Zeta is now seeking to employ an Accounts Clerk on a full-time basis to join its dynamic Finance team.

Job Description
  • Book-keeping for a portfolio of companies, including the performance of day-to-day accounting functions and the maintenance of the general, sales and purchase ledger
  • Preparation of bank and other reconciliations
  • Issuance and preparation of reports as instructed
  • Assisting seniors in the team as required
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • An A‘ Level standard of education and having started, or willing to start further studies in accounts;
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset

The chosen candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision whilst being diligent, accurate and attentive to detail.

Zeta is now seeking to employ a Junior Lawyer to join its dynamic Advisory team.

Job Description
  • Reviewing of agreements and documents;
  • Reviewing of laws and regulations;
  • Handling of compliance matters;
  • Researching and drafting of reports;
  • Assisting with ongoing tasks and projects within the Advisory Department;
  • Handling of other legal tasks.
Qualifications
  • Law graduate (or a student who is currently in his/her last year at the University of Malta);
  • Keen interest and a good grasp of Company Law and corporate matters;
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Ability to work within a team;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
