Alessandro advises Zeta and its clients within the Corporate Services and Structuring business unit. He works as an investor and international corporate finance consultant with business interests in Europe and Africa. For over 10 years, he was a Managing Director with Capital Efficiency Group (CEG) in Zug, where he was responsible for legal and financial structuring of securitisations and corporate structures, contractual negotiations, transaction execution and legal process administration.
Prior to joining CEG, Alessandro headed several teams in the structured finance department of Swiss Re. Previously he worked at the Boston Consulting Group, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Ernst & Young. Alessandro holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen. He is proficient in German, English and Italian, and is also fluent in French.
